· Operation Hours: Daily 09:30 - 11:50 / 13:00 - 18:00 (*Booth opens 30 min prior to start of each part)
· Location: Ticket Booth in front of 2F Arts Theatre, Bucheon Arts Center
· Ticket Pickup: Verify prior registration details on-site on the event day.
· Seating Policy: Seat Selection is not available.
· On-Site Ticketing: Remaining ticket will be available for on-site issusance on the day of the event.
(*On-site tickets may be unavailable if the ticket are sold out early. After 10 mins after each session starts, unclaimed seats will be given on-site astandby attendees.)
Remarks
· Ticket Policy: Lost or damaged tickets will not be reissued
· Prohibited: No outside food or beverages are allowed inside the theatre, with the sole exception of capped/bottled water. (*Coffee/tea are strictly prohibited.)
· Copyright: Video recording/unauthorized distribution of materials are strictly prohibited.
· Program Book: Printed conference materials will not be distributed seperately.
