Film Director
Simon Rumley is a genre defying, critically lauded film director who recently completed production in Bangkok on Crushed (2025), his 10th feature film which premiered at the Edinburgh International Film Festival. Some of his other films include Red White & Blue (2010), The Living and The Dead (2012), Fashionista (2016), Crowhurst (2017) and The ABCs of Death (2012) anthology. He has directed films in Europe, North America, South America and Asia and together, they have won almost 50 awards. He debut novel, The Wobble Club (2023) was also recently published.

CEO of Studio Realive
Jay Kim studied literature and film and emerged as a pioneer in immersive media as a founding member of the storytelling studio GiiÖii. He planned and produced global XR projects like Missing Pictures (2022) and expanded the industry's horizons as the curator of the 'Beyond Reality', XR section at the BIFAN.
In 2024, he joined Studio Realive, a subsidiary of SM Entertainment, as CCO, successfully managing operations across immersive tech, XR, virtual entertainment, and AI technologies. Appointed as the new CEO on March 31, 2026, he is now guiding Studio Realive into its next chapter, driving the company forward at the intersection of technology and art.

Executive Producer of Cinemaleap Inc.
Machiba Katsutoshi is a producer and director of XR contents. He is a lecturer at the Graduate School of Film, Tokyo University of the Arts. He also founded 'Beyond The Frame Festival,' Japan's first international XR film festival. He has produced numerous VR projects, and has been nominated for the Venice International Film Festival's VR Competition for five consecutive years. (2020-2024)

Festival Director of BIFAN
Shin Chul became the Festival Director of the BlFAN in 2019. Over the past 30 years, he played a key role in the modernization of the Korean film industry, producing movies like Marriage Story (1992), Lies (1999), and My Sassy Girl (2001). Computer graphics were used in The fox with nine tails (1994) and The Gingko Bed (1996) for the first time in a Korean movie. He is regarded as the producer who started the new golden era for Korean cinema. His success triggered major Korean companies to invest in the Korean film market. Together with all the staff of BIFAN, he is committed to exploring the future of cinema and the evolution of film festivals.

Director and Professor, Art and Technology Lab, K'ARTS
Lee Seungmoo is a director and professr of Art and Technology Lab, K'ARTS. He graduated from Hankuk University of Foreign Studies with a degree in Russian. He earned a master's degree in Division of Theatre from Dongguk University and went on to receive an M.A in Cinema Studies and M.F.A in Film&TV from New York University. He wrote and directed films and dramas such as The Warrior's Way (2010) and Kangsan Mujin (2012). Recently, as the head of the Art and Technology Lab at K-Arts, he has been leading cutting-edge content direction and production utilizing artificial intelligence and extended reality(XR), with his works being invited to major film festivals such as Cannes Film Festival, Sundance Film Festival, and Venice Film Festival, where they have received multiple awards. Additionally, he has been conducting long-term research on 'emotionally intelligent, interactive AI actors' through collaborations with POSTECH, VCU, and others.

Managing Partner of DLG Law Coporation
An Heechul is the Managing Partner and Head of the Policy Center at DLG Law Corporation. With a background in physics from OSTECH and a J.D. from Seoul National University School of Law, he is a technology and corporate law specialist qualified as both an attorney-at-law and certified tax accountant. He advises clients across advanced technology sectors, including AI, deep tech, data, blockchain, and digital healthcare, with a focus on startup investments, flip transactions, M&A, regulatory matters, privacy, and data-related issues. He has particular expertise in contracts, regulatory strategy, and intellectual property matters arising from technology commercialization, including AI services, software, platforms, R&D, and technology transfer.
He also has extensive experience advising entertainment and content companies on copyright, intellectual property, exclusive anagement and licensing agreements, revenue settlement, and dispute resolution. His practice is especially strong at the intersection of technology, content, and business strategy, where he provides practical and commercially focused legal advice. Through these roles, he supports the growth and global expansion of innovative companies.

Professor Emeritus, Department of Mathematical Sciences, Seoul National University & CEO, iSciLab Inc.
Choi Hyeongin is a Professor Emeritus in the Department of Mathematical Sciences at Seoul National University (SNU) and the CEO of iSciLab Inc., a company specializing in artificial intelligence.
After graduating from the Department of Electronic Engineering at SNU, he earned his Ph.D. in Mathematics from the University of California, Berkeley. He then spent approximately a decade teaching and conducting research at leading universities in the United States. In 1991, he joined the faculty of the Department of Mathematical Sciences within the College of Natural Sciences at SNU, where he served until 2018. For his outstanding research achievements in differential geometry and applied mathematics, he was honored with the 48th National Academy of Sciences Award (Natural Sciences sector) in 2003 and the Academic Achievement Award from the Korean Mathematical Society in 2014.
In 2005, while serving as an SNU professor, he co-founded iSciLab (Intelligence Science Laboratory) with his students, originating from the Mathematical Technology Laboratory under the SNU Research Institute of Mathematics. Following his retirement from teaching in 2018, he was appointed Professor Emeritus of the Department of Mathematical Sciences at SNU. He continues to lead the commercialization of AI-based technologies as the CEO of iSciLab and is also a Lifetime Member of the Korean Academy of Science and Technology (KAST).

Director
Park Seongwon is a filmmaker based in Seoul. Since 2024, he has been making films navigates between the real world and digital worlds. Fog Advisory (2025) and Under the Sign of the Moon (2024) have screened at numerous festivals, including Bucheon International Fantastic Film Festival (BIFAN) and Seoul Independent Film Festival. He has interest in utilizing generative AI as a 'narrative device' to broaden the scope of independent filmmaking and cinematic imagination. Recently, he is developing a hybrid project combining live-action and AI.

Brian W. Kim is the Director and CEO of Junky Cream. He graduated from Simon Fraser University in Canada with a degree in Communication. With diverse experience in K-POP music videos, films, and commercials, he creates well-structured virtual IPs that showcase deep insight and an innovative approach. He is currently developing high-end content based on Unreal Engine, blending AI-driven modeling and art.

Director of HOUSE XITA
Bae Junwon is a film director and writer working across film, webtoon, exhibition, XR, and media art. His short Silence (2023) was selected for 2023 Bucheon International Fantastic Film Festival (BIFAN), and Snowfall (2024) won both the Technical Award and Audience Award in 2024 BIFAN's inaugural AI Film competition. Alongside developing multiple original IPs, he researches NeRF-based generative AI pipelines while producing multiple projects spanning media art and a debut feature film.

Yang Eekjun is an AI film director and the co-founder of Mateo AI Studio. He is currently co-directing RAPHAEL, a feature-length film driven 100% by generative AI. Through his work, he consistently push the boundaries of filmmaking, exploring new possibilities in visual expression powered by AI technology.

You Hyeong-jun is currently enrolled in the professional graduate program for cinematography at the School of Film, TV & Multimedia, Korea National University of Arts, and has completed the first advanced film production course at Korean Academy of Film Arts (KAFA). His planned and directed work, Sigumun (2025), won the Grand Prize at the Seoul Global AI Film Festa. As a cinematographer, he continues his award and invitation history with various works, including shooting Dive (2024) screened at the Busan International Film Festival, Telephone booth (2024) screened at the Mise-en-scène Short Film Festival, and Weaving (2025) invited to the Bucheon International Fantastic Film Festival's XL category. He is currently leading an AI film production team as the CEO of Premier Inc.

Director of IF STUDIO
Lee Jinho entered the film industry after a background in game and 3D development. His live-action feature Action Hero (2021) won four awards at the Bucheon International Fantastic Film Festival (BIFAN), earning him recognition as a genre director. In February 2025, he founded IF Studio, a generative AI content production company, establishing a production method that carries out the entire process—from planning and screenwriting to directing and editing—with AI. He received the Narrative First Prize at the Korea International AI Film Festival for Art in the World: EP1 (2025), and Best Film at Russia's AI Film for EP2 Judith (2025), co-directed with Park Jinyeong. He is currently producing AI films across a variety of genres, including animation, documentary, and interactive film.
